Private and Semi-Private Training
(including sport specific)

Personal training is our most flexible and customizable option, which offers the opportunity to train toward very specific goals. You and your trainer set the schedule, the frequency, and the pace. Semi-private training is available for groups of up to 3; it’s a great option for siblings, friends, or teammates! Youth training is offered for young adults ages 13-17!

ALEX

Alex graduated from Ursinus College, where she earned her degree in Health and Exercise Physiology and competed on the Women's Gymnastics Team. Alex has a passion for health and fitness and a strong desire to educate and assist her clients in designing and crushing their fitness goals.

ETHAN

Ethan is a highly experienced personal trainer with a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals. Specializing in kettlebell and barbell-based strength training, he understands the importance of proper form and technique and works closely with his clients to ensure that they are performing exercises correctly and safely.
