All FLEXX classes are full-body workouts led by experienced coaches who prioritize smart programming, proper form, and long-term progress. While every class challenges the entire body, each format differs in training emphasis—from strength development to muscular endurance and conditioning—allowing you to train with intention throughout the week.
No matter which class you choose, you’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and supported.
