FLEXX Circuit & Muscular Endurance
This circuit-style class incorporates higher repetitions, lighter to moderate weights, and continuous movement. The focus is on building muscular endurance, stamina, and full-body conditioning while maintaining a steady and consistent pace throughout the workout.

FLEXX Tabata
This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class utilizes short bursts of work followed by brief recovery periods. Fast-paced and challenging, FLEXX Tabata is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, power, and overall conditioning while delivering an efficient, high-energy workout.

FLEXX Strength
FLEXX Strength focuses on strength-based training using heavier resistance, controlled repetitions, and intentional rest periods. This 45 minute class is designed to build lean muscle, improve movement quality, and increase total-body strength. Emphasis is placed on proper form, progressive loading, and sustainable strength development.

Hapkido
Hapkido has ancient roots in the martial art of HWRANG DO and is considered a soft style of martial arts as opposed to the hard styles that practice the use of force against force. It is a style that can be practiced throughout a lifetime.It incorporates stand up and ground grappling, striking, throwing, falling, and defense against weapons. The style taught at the NSDA Hapkido Academy was developed by Grandmaster Cha Sok Park, who was one of the original students of the founder of modern Hapkido, Supreme Grandmaster Choi Young-Sool.
