I have to admit there are a few great keepers here.


Always remember, the choices of our recovery food has to do with many factors including intensity and duration of our exercises, turn around time until our your next workout, goals etc.


There is not one more than another, but when you see PB&J sandwich, don’t hate. For my Triathlons or Spartan Race friends who have high mileage days, this might be the best inter/post recovery food to keep them going.
